ACADEMY PROGRAM FAQ's

1. What is the GESA Academy Program?

GESA Academy Program's teach children how to play the game of soccer. From the beginning stages all the way to the very advanced levels.  

2. Where will my child practice/play?

The Junior Striker Academy will play after school once a week from 3:15-5:00pm. The session will be broken up into warm-up, training, and games against one another. 

The Strikers Academy will practice 2 times a week after school from 3:15-4:45pm. Games will take place on weekends depending on league schedules. 

3. How will my childs teams be determind?

GESA staff will do team placements by age, skill level, Ability during the month of Feb. after school in the gym at Chesapeake Academy. 

4. Can my child play with an older age group?

Yes if GESA Staff feels they will benifit from the experience. Also if the league allow. 

5. Does my fee for the league really include a week of summer camp?

Yes, your child will be able to attend one week at any GESA Day camp location during the summer for free.

6. I would like to make payment by check. Is that possible?
